The Position: We’re looking for Business Maker/Business Development Executive – Germany Market


  • Experience:
    • At least 3+ years’ experience in Sale & Marketing activities, developing the market, building up relation with customers, partners.
    • Exclusive training would be given for industry knowledge.
    • Experiences in Hair Care & Beauty industry is preferable.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the demonstrated ability to work directly with clients to present our products, study requirement, demand from Clients.
  • Language: Germany (Native); English (Fluent), Vietnamese (Advantageous)
  • Can do Attitude: high commitment, solution-driven, and customer- oriented. 

Responsibilities – Your Tasks

  • Make market & comparison analysis in the industry and advise the company the suitable customer- approach policies to develop market.
  • In charge of KPI of revenue and set up action plan to achieve this KPI.
  • Build up a plan to approach big customers in the target market and make report weekly/monthly
  • Coordinate with HDQ team to receive samples from Vietnam.
  • Directly contact and meet big account of hair extension import partners provided by the company to offer samples and verify the size and ability of partners to import products, report back to the company.
  • Record and process customer feedback; cooperate with HDQ team to deal with customer requirement;
  • Buy/receive samples from local customers sent to Vietnam for the company to make products design as required.
  • Developing new customers outside the list given by company.

The Location: Germany.
