1. Planning / planning
– Implement training and maintenance plans for equipment and
supplies – Planning capacity management, loss
– Planning to develop products new products to compete with the market
– Monitor product quality fluctuations
2. Organize implementation

– Check and review production capacity technical improvement to create higher productivity, reduce loss

– Monitor the quality of products produced in the process. the factory’s goods production process
3. Inspection and supervision
– Check and supervise the work performed according to the company’s process and formula
– Control risks in the production process
Evaluate work efficiency – Evaluate the results of quantitative training work
– Evaluation of restoration, repair and replacement work
5. Coordination and support
– Coordinate with departments to implement production and quality plans, professional training
– Support departments in the company on production-related issues
6. Contribution
– Contributing to the Manager and the Plant’s Board of Directors on the quality of materials, the size of the materials and the machines associated in production
