I. Vacancy: Sales staff

Department: Sales

Working place: 6th floor, Golden Field building, 24 Nguyen Co Thach – Nam Tu Liem – Hanoi.

II. Job description

– Conduct transactions, negotiations and agreements with customers.

– Follow up the progress of goods to ensure the goods are on schedule, quality and quantity.

– Solve product related problems during transportation.

– Receive and compare goods documents with the actual quantity.

– Contact the factory to receive and check the product in accordance with customer requirements.

– Follow up orders, contact the carrier and ensure the delivery schedule is in accordance with the requirements.

– Manage and track orders, coordinate with related departments to ensure timely delivery and collection of money.

III. Benefits enjoyed

– Hard salary of 5 million/month (trial job 80% of hard salary, 20% will be refunded when officially entered). Total stable income from 500$ – 2,000$/month)

– No experience required,

– Graduated from College or University with majors related to economics, import and export

– Knowledge of import-export, international trade, good English communication.

– Dynamic, responsible, enthusiastic, honest, proactive and good under pressure at work

– Good job handling skills, really require a passion for international business.

– Understanding of Social, e-commerce site is an advantage.
