Charity Run “APOHAIR – Bringing More Joy to Life”
“APOHAIR – Bringing More Joy to Life” is an annual charity program organized by Apo Hair twice a year. This is not just a simple event but also exemplifies our commitment to social responsibility, aiming to connect our employees, share love, and support those in need. By turning every walk into a source of funding for charitable causes, we aim to make a positive impact on society while fostering a spirit of love, unity, and social responsibility within our company.
Objectives and Significance of the Charity Run
With the goal of raising funds and supporting charitable organizations, disadvantaged children, and people in need, this event not only brings moments of relaxation and health training but also serves as an opportunity for all Apo Hair employees to spread the spirit of love and unity together.
Through this charity run, the company’s leadership aims to connect people and create a positive and humane working environment. Each Apo Hair employee is not only a hard worker but also an active member contributing to society.
Information about the Run
The run saw the participation of all Apo Hair employees. It lasted for 2 weeks, allowing employees to freely choose their running locations and flexible times. No spatial restrictions, everyone can participate in the most convenient way, whether it’s running in local parks, or around their neighborhoods. This flexibility encourages enthusiastic and widespread participation from all employees, regardless of their schedules or locations.
To ensure that everyone is engaged and motivated, the event includes a tracking system where participants can log their running achievements. This system allows employees to monitor their progress, share their accomplishments, and encourage each other.
Donations and Charitable Support
The donation amount is converted from the running achievements of employees and divided according to working departments. Each kilometer run corresponds to 15,000 VND, which was awarded by the Leadership to each department. This is a creative fundraising form, bringing much meaning and motivation to participants as they can directly engage in charitable activities. Employees are not only contributing their physical efforts but also seeing their actions translate into tangible support for those in need.
Employees can make a plan, and choose the time and place for their charitable activities by themself. This personalized approach ensures that each department can have a trip together, fostering teamwork and friendship. Departments might choose to visit local orphanages, community centers, or elderly care homes,… These trips not only provide much-needed support to various causes but also offer employees a first-hand experience of the impact they are making.
