I. Vacancy: Head of Marketing Department

Department: marketing

Working time: 

– From 8 am to 17 pm (1 hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday

– From 8 am to 12 noon (every Saturday)

Working place: 6th floor, Golden Field building, 24 Nguyen Co Thach – Nam Tu Liem – Hanoi.

II. Job description:

– Develop a marketing strategy in line with the company’s vision; brands from time to time.

– Presentation on Marketing development strategy to the Board of Directors and Marketing Department.

– Planning, implementing and monitoring the overall marketing activities consistent with the company’s strategy.

– Training staff in Marketing department.

– Find out competitors’ campaigns, feedback – customer trends, domestic and international markets (Identify competitors to have a strategy to overcome)

– Analyze the market to position the brand, target market, develop and expand the market.

– Coordinate with related departments to develop and expand appropriate products.

– Find out, predict, plan legal risks, trademarks … (if any).

– Monitor, plan, be responsible for the budget, make a spending plan for the activities of the department.

– Build KPI system for marketing department, evaluate weekly and monthly.

– Planning, implementing and evaluating appropriate advertising programs.

– Monitor, report… campaigns, indicators, results of the department to the Board of Directors of the company.

– Responsible for the performance of the staff in the room.

III. Right:

Salary: 1000-1500$

– KPI + other bonus: Based on the results achieved by the department

IV. Request:

Specialize: 

– Priority will be given to candidates with English skills, trained abroad, and experienced in Marketing for foreign markets.

– University degree in related fields Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, …

– Having professional knowledge in social networks, Digital Marketing, SEO…

– More than 5 years of experience in marketing, at least 3 years in a similar position (over 20 people)

– Have seasoned and methodical marketing knowledge. Experienced in building marketing strategies in all aspects (branding, products ..)
