During the confirmation call, our sales agent verifies your product details, including length, texture, color, and quantity. We also confirm your shipping address and preferred delivery method. This personal touch helps prevent mistakes and allows you to ask questions about your specific order.

Your order is processed in our production system only after you confirm the specifications and complete payment. This policy ensures our quality standards and provides you with confidence that your products will meet your expectations.
