Any representative using this website warrants that they possess full legal authority to bind the business or organization they represent and have necessary corporate authorization to enter binding agreements.

“Third Party” refers to any entity, service provider, or organization that is neither the Company nor the Customer, including but not limited to shipping carriers, payment processors, and technology service providers.
“Order” refers to any request submitted by the Customer to purchase products or services, whether placed through the website, email communication, or other approved channels.
“Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)” refers to the smallest quantity of products that must be purchased in a single order for specific product categories or customer tiers.
“Confidential Information” refers to any non-public business, technical, financial, or proprietary information shared between parties, including pricing structures, customer lists, manufacturing processes, and trade secrets.
“Human Hair Extensions” refers to natural hair products sourced from Vietnamese donors and processed into various extension formats including but not limited to straight, wavy, and curly textures in multiple lengths and colors.
II. Business Account Registration and Security
To access APOHAIR’s wholesale pricing, you must create a verified business account with your complete legal business name, tax identification number, primary business address, and authorized representative contact information. Additional documentation may include business license, reseller permit, salon license, or certificate of incorporation.
APOHAIR may request supplementary verification documents to confirm business legitimacy. Account verification typically takes 24-48 hours (48-72 hours) after receiving complete documentation. The registering individual must confirm they possess legal authority to bind their business entity.
You must ensure all provided information remains accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining security of all login credentials including usernames, passwords, API keys, and access tokens for your business account and authorized user accounts.
You must immediately notify APOHAIR at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches. You remain responsible for all activities under your account, whether authorized or not.
Each legal business entity may maintain only one primary business account unless APOHAIR provides written authorization. We reserve the right to suspend duplicate accounts or those created with false information.
APOHAIR may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations, inaccurate information, suspicious activities, or payment defaults. Termination results in loss of wholesale access, order cancellation, and potential legal action for outstanding obligations. Customer data handling follows our Privacy Policy requirements.
III. Product and Service Regulations
3.1. Product and Service Description
APOHAIR manufactures and supplies 100% Vietnamese human hair extensions sourced directly from Vietnamese donors. Our product range includes tape-in hair extensions (invisible, long, double tabs), keratin prebonded extensions (flat-tip, I-tip, U-tip, micro ring, nano ring), weft hair extensions (machine weft, hand-tied, genius weft, flat weft), clip-in extensions, human hair bundles (virgin, raw hair), closures and frontals (4×4, 5×5, 13×4, 13×6), human hair wigs, ponytail extensions, bulk hair, and professional accessories including keratin, removal tools, tape rolls, beads, and color rings.
All hair products remain in their natural state as collected from individual Vietnamese women. Hair textures and colors may vary slightly between bundles as each comes from different donors. Product specifications include available lengths from 12 inches to 30 inches (30cm to 76cm), weights measured in grams, textures ranging from straight to body wave and curly, and colors from natural black to various blonde shades.
Color variations may appear different due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, or device displays. APOHAIR provides accurate product photography but cannot guarantee exact color matching across all viewing devices.
3.2. Pricing and Availability
APOHAIR operates on a tiered wholesale pricing structure with different rates for distributors, salon partners, and retail buyers. Pricing tiers are determined by purchase volume, business type, and established relationship duration. Volume discounts apply to larger quantity orders with significant savings for bulk purchases.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice except for confirmed orders with signed purchase agreements. Pricing fluctuations may occur due to raw material costs, currency exchange rates, or market conditions. Current pricing remains valid until superseded by updated rate sheets.
Product availability depends on inventory levels and production schedules. APOHAIR reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline orders based on stock availability. Seasonal demand may affect certain product availability, particularly during peak business periods.
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply to wholesale accounts with requirements varying by product category. Standard MOQ ranges from 200 grams per color per length for most extension products. Custom quotes are available for large volume orders exceeding standard MOQ requirements.
Price quotes remain valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise specified. Extended quote validity requires written agreement and may include price protection clauses for confirmed future orders.
IV. Ordering Process and Contracts

V. Payment Terms

APOHAIR accepts PayPal, bank wire transfers, business credit cards, commercial letters of credit, and approved trade credit arrangements. Payment methods vary by customer tier and order value. New customers typically require PayPal, bank transfer, or credit card payment until credit terms are established.
5.2. Payment Conditions
For all orders, customers are required to make a 30% deposit upon order confirmation to commence production. The remaining 70% of the total payment must be settled in full before the goods are shipped.
5.3. Taxes and Fees
All prices exclude applicable taxes including VAT, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes unless specified otherwise. Customers are responsible for all tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
Customers claiming tax exemptions must provide valid tax exemption certificates to APOHAIR before order confirmation.
5.4. Payment Information

VI. Shipping and Delivery
6.1. Shipping Policy
APOHAIR offers air freight, sea freight, and express courier shipping options from Vietnam to international destinations. Air freight typically takes 5-7 days, sea freight 15-30 days, and express courier 3-5 days. These are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. International shipping includes additional charges for remote areas, customs clearance, and expedited services when requested.
6.2. Delivery Terms and Risk Transfer
Standard Incoterms include EXW (Ex Works) from our Vietnam factory, FOB (Free on Board) Vietnam port, and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) to destination port. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) arrangements are available for established customers at additional cost.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to customers upon delivery to the agreed Incoterms location. Title and ownership transfer upon full payment and physical delivery according to the specified terms.
6.3. Customer Responsibilities Upon Receipt
Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt to identify damage, shortages, or order discrepancies. Issues must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Orders marked as “delivered” by shipping carriers constitute completion of APOHAIR’s delivery obligations unless damage or shortage is properly documented within the required timeframe.
6.4. Customs Procedures and Licensing
Customers are responsible for compliance with all import/export regulations and obtaining necessary licenses, permits, or certifications for importing hair products into their country. This includes cosmetic product registrations, health certificates, and trade documentation.
APOHAIR is not liable for delays, additional costs, or goods seizure resulting from customer’s failure to comply with customs regulations or obtain proper import authorization.
VII. Return, Refund and Warranty Policy
7.1. Return and Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging with all tags and seals intact. Hair products cannot be returned once packaging is opened due to hygiene requirements and contamination prevention.
Non-returnable items include any used or washed products (including hair that has been manipulated or installed), clearance or final sale items. All returns require prior authorization from [email protected] along with photographic evidence of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Return Processing: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. APOHAIR will process the refund for the product’s hair cost only, based on the condition of the returned package. We do not refund other associated expenses, including shipping fees, payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal fees), taxes, or other extra charges. Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise.
7.2. Warranty Policy
APOHAIR provides a 7-day quality guarantee from delivery date for manufacturing defects including excessive shedding, matting, or color inconsistencies beyond normal variation. Natural hair texture and minor color variations between individual bundles are not considered defects.
Warranty claims require immediate notification to [email protected] with photos documenting the issue. Products must be unused and in original condition for warranty evaluation.
Warranty excludes damage from improper use, chemical processing, heat damage exceeding recommended temperatures, normal wear and tear, or modifications by customer or third parties. Established wholesale customers may receive extended warranty terms through separate service level agreements.
VIII. Intellectual Property
APOHAIR owns all intellectual property rights to website content including logos, designs, text, images, product photos, source code, and software. This includes proprietary hair processing techniques, product specifications, and manufacturing methods.
Copying, distributing, modifying, republishing, or reselling website content or using APOHAIR products for reverse engineering is strictly prohibited without written authorization. Authorized use is limited to promoting APOHAIR products through approved marketing materials.
Customer reviews, testimonials, feedback, suggestions, photos, or other submitted content (“User Content”) may be used by APOHAIR for marketing, promotional, and business purposes without payment or confidentiality obligations.
Customers warrant that User Content does not violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any third-party rights. Customers grant APOHAIR perpetual, royalty-free rights to use, reproduce, publish, translate, and distribute User Content.
APOHAIR responds to valid intellectual property infringement claims through established procedures. Suspected violations should be reported to [email protected] with detailed evidence and contact information.
Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated and face legal action for damages and attorney fees.

IX. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
Customers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms of Service when using APOHAIR’s website and services. This includes adherence to international trade laws, import/export regulations, and local business licensing requirements.
The following activities are strictly prohibited: using services for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes; uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or malicious code; interfering with website security or functionality; unauthorized collection of personal or business information from other users; fraud, deception, or providing false information during registration or transactions.
Additional prohibitions include defamation, harassment, or discriminatory behavior toward APOHAIR staff or other customers; unauthorized copying, reproduction, or resale of APOHAIR products without proper distribution agreements; misrepresenting APOHAIR products as your own brand or manufacturing; attempting to reverse engineer hair processing methods or proprietary techniques.
Customers may not create counterfeit or imitation products using APOHAIR branding, bypass wholesale pricing through multiple accounts, or share account credentials with unauthorized parties. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
X. Warranty Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
10.1. General Warranty Disclaimers
APOHAIR’s website, services, and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service, or that services will meet all customer requirements.
APOHAIR is not responsible for accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of website information, product descriptions, or inventory availability.
10.2. Limitation of Liability
APOHAIR’s liability is limited for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, replacement costs, or business interruption damages, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if APOHAIR has been advised of potential damages.
APOHAIR’s maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by customer for the specific products or services in the 12 months preceding the claim. Where law prohibits exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, APOHAIR’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10.3. Force Majeure
APOHAIR is not liable for non-performance or delayed performance due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, war, riots, strikes, pandemics, raw material shortages, government regulations, or network disruptions affecting production or delivery schedules.
10.4. Product Material Disclaimers
Natural human hair products may vary in texture, color, and characteristics between individual bundles. Customers must test product compatibility and suitability before use with clients. APOHAIR is not liable for allergic reactions, chemical incompatibility, or styling results when products are used without proper testing.
XI. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless APOHAIR and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or costs including reasonable attorney fees arising from or related to customer’s breach of these Terms of Service or referenced documents, violation of any law or third-party rights, use of APOHAIR’s services or products, improper use of products not according to specifications or intended purpose, unauthorized redistribution or resale of APOHAIR products without proper distribution agreements, misrepresentation of APOHAIR products or services to end customers, failure to comply with import/export regulations or customs requirements, and client injuries or damages resulting from improper product application or testing failures.
This indemnification obligation survives termination of the business relationship and applies to all claims whether known or unknown at the time of termination.
XII. Data Security and Privacy
Collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information and business data are governed by APOHAIR’s separate Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service. The Privacy Policy details how customer information, business credentials, order data, and communication records are handled.
APOHAIR is committed to protecting business data, customer information, and sensitive data processed during service delivery including business contact information, order history, pricing agreements, payment details, and proprietary business strategies shared during consultations.
All business data is protected through encrypted storage, secure transmission protocols, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only. APOHAIR implements industry-standard security measures and regularly updates systems to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and information misuse.
XIII. Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and all separate agreements are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. All business relationships, transactions, and disputes are subject to Vietnamese commercial law and international trade regulations.
Good Faith Negotiation: Both parties agree to attempt resolution of all disputes through good faith negotiation for 30 days before pursuing other remedies. Initial contact for dispute resolution should be made to [email protected] with detailed explanation of the issue.
Mediation and Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation or commercial arbitration under the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Hanoi, Vietnam. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English with Vietnamese law applied to substantive issues.
Court Jurisdiction: If alternative dispute resolution fails, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hanoi, Vietnam for final resolution of disputes.
All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis and cannot be brought as a plaintiff or group member in any class action or representative litigation. Each party waives rights to participate in class action lawsuits against the other party.
XIV. Other General Terms
If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to be effective to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions will remain unaffected.
Customers may not transfer or assign any rights or obligations under these Terms without APOHAIR’s prior written consent. APOHAIR may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without notice or customer consent, including in cases of merger, acquisition, or business restructuring.
These Terms, together with referenced policies, separate contracts, or incorporated documents, constitute the complete agreement between Customer and APOHAIR, superseding all prior agreements, communications, or proposals whether oral or written.
APOHAIR’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. All waivers must be in writing and signed by authorized APOHAIR representatives.
