Each batch comes from the same Vietnamese donor regions and goes through the same cuticle-alignment process. Color consistency is checked against a master reference ring per SKU before shipping. Every bundle goes through three checkpoints: Weight verification, cuticle direction inspection, and weft line strength testing. This applies to all eight weft constructions before each shipment leaves the factory.

Machine weft uses a sewn seam approximately 5mm thick and suits medium-to-thick hair. It carries the lowest per-gram cost in the range and works across sew-in, micro-bead, and clip-in methods. Hand-tied weft uses a knotted thread foundation of 1–1.5mm, suits fine or weak hair, and spreads weight more evenly across the attachment row. Hand-tied tracks cannot be cut; machine wefts can be trimmed to the parting width needed. The choice comes down to client hair density and the service price point the salon targets.

Yes. All APOHAIR weft extensions are made from 100% Vietnamese human hair and undergo full chemical processing, including coloring, perming, and relaxing treatments. Heat styling with flat irons and curling wands works normally. Keeping heat below 230°C (446°F) and using sulfate-free care products extends the hair’s life through multiple reinstall cycles.

Machine weft and flat weft sets hold through 6–12 months per install cycle with sulfate-free shampoo, no oil applied at the root, and professional removal technique.

Genius weft and hand-tied constructions hold through 3–5 reinstall cycles when maintained correctly.

Each move appointment, scheduled every 6–8 weeks as natural hair grows, is a recurring service booking for the salon.

We accept these payment methods: T/T bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card. Net 30 terms are available for accounts with established order history. A deposit is required for custom-colored orders, with the percentage confirmed at the time of order placement.

Yes. Private label packaging is available for salon brands and distributors. Customizable elements include box design, hang tag, logo sticker, ribbon, and insert card. Our team will review your documentation and, depending on the situation, may ask you to return the product to the warehouse before it can be repaired. Once your returned package arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
